BOARD

The variance petition submitted by the Village of Glasfora,
Illinois on April
13,
1982 was insufficient pursuant to Chapter
1, Procedural
Rules 401(a) and
(b).
Although Petitioner waived
hearing,
no affidavit was submitted.
Petitioner also failed to
specify the length of time requested for variance, to incorporate
the record of the previous variance granted by the Board
in
PCB 79-238,
and to substantiate its continuing need for variance
and hardship it may suffer if the variance would be denied.
Within forty—five
(45) days of this Order, Petitioner shall
amend the Petition to cure the informational defects and submit
an affidavit or this Petition will he subject to dismissal
for
inadequacy.
