    This matter
    comes before
    the Board upon an August 14, 1986
    motion for reconsideration filed
    on behalf of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency requests
    that the Board reconsider
    its July 11, 1986 order
    in this matter
    requiring the Agency
    to “physically file” approximately 1900
    pages
    of material which was incorporated by reference into this
    matter from PCB 86—18.
    That motion
    is granted,
    and the order
    is
    hereby rescinded.
    However,
    if
    the Board
    is required at some
    later date
    to file those materials with the appellate court on
    appeal
    of either proceeding while
    the other proceeding remains
    active before
    the Board,
    the Agency may be required
    to submit a
    copy of
    those materials
    at that time.
