HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On November 18, 2004, a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer was held.

Respondent did not appear. The complainant represented that respondent has prepared a

corrective action report and that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is presently

reviewing.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on January 20, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
