ORDER OF THE BOARD

On August
5, 1982 the Board entered its second more
information order in this matter requesting that hearing be
either waived or requested,
joining the New Salem Homeowners
Association (the owner of the subject treatment works)
as a
party, and directing the Clerk of the Board to complete service
upon the Association.
The Clerk has twice attempted to complete service, but
the
documents have been returned “unclaimed” and “addressee unknown.0
Further,
the 45-day period allowed for the filing of an amended
petition under the August
5,
1982 Order has passed without any
response from the Camp—Resort.
The Board, therefore, dismisses this matter with leave to
refile.
Any new petition should include the Association as a
properly joined party and should either request or waive
hearing.
If hearing is waived, the waiver should be accompanied
by an affidavit attesting to the truth of the facts alleged.
