    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 25, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. A hearing was set for April 29, 2004, with a possible continuance to April 30,
    2004. The parties have agreed that petitioner’s brief will be due May 28, 2004, and respondent’s
    brief will be due June 18, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 22, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is August 19, 2004.
