    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 27, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondents called in advance to say that they were unable to appear.
    According to complainant, a settlement agreement has been reached with all parties.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on March 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. If the proposed stipulation and settlement agreements are filed before March 1,
    2005, the status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
     
       
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
