    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 27, 2004, complainant and counsel for respondent Matthew Short
    participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. Counsel for respondents
    James Zeller and Thomas Zeller were unable to appear. According to respondent Short, a related
    civil suit was recently filed which may resolve certain issues in this enforcement action.
    Respondents plan to participate in a mediation session next week for the civil suit. Respondent
    Short plans to file an answer to the complaint within the next seven days.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 17, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
