    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties agreed to discuss settlement this month in conjunction with on-going
    mediation in a related civil suit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 17, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
