OFFICER ORDER
In Hearing Officer Halloran’s absence on
paternity leave, on June 6, 2005
at
approximately 11:45
a.m., the parties participated in
a telephonic status conference with the
undersigned.
The parties presented an
agreed extension ofdeadlines
contained in Mr. Halloran’s
May
5,
2005
order.
The parties represented that settlement discussions have resumed, and that an
extension
ofdeadlines forpleading
might allow for completion ofsettlement discussions prior to the next
status conference, scheduled for August 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
Pursuant to the parties’
agreement, complainant may file any amended complaint on or before July
15,
2005.
Respondent may answer or otherwise plead to
any amended complaint on or before August 10,
2005.
As
ordered in Mr. Halloran’s May
5,
2005, the parties or their legal representatives are
directed to participate in
a telephonic status conference with him on August 11, 2005, at
10:00
a.m. Complainant must initiate the telephonic status conference, but each party is
nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
