HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 8, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The respondents represented that the architect that was hired by them to design the
internal portion of the pre-fabricated kennel has recently been fired due to inactivity. A new
architect has been hired and is presently working on the plans. The plans are expected to be
completed within two to three weeks. The plans will then be forwarded to the Village for
approval.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on August 3, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
