HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 17, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that an issue in this matter and a related enforcement
matter involves the financial review of the petitioner. The parties anticipate ongoing
discussions. The parties requested that a telephonic status conference be scheduled for 90 days.
That request is granted. The petitioner represented that it will file a 120-day waiver of the
statutory decision deadline.
 
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on September 23, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
