    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 9, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent continues to make progress at the site, and complainant’s inspector will try
    to visit the site before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
