HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On January 6, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that some construction progress has been achieved

but that certain revisions are required with the septic plans it submitted to the county on

November 15, 2004. Once approved, the Village of Grayslake (Village) will be in a position to

issue a building permit. The respondent also represented that the permit application, however,

requires revisions as well before the Village issues the permit. The parties also represented that

they intend to have another settlement prior to the next status conference addressing the concerns

of the petitioners regarding the settlement agreement.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on March 10, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
