HEARING OFFICER ORDER
  
On March 31, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they have reached a settlement and that a stipulation
and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for review and for signatures.
Respondent is given to June 10, 2005, to replead its affirmative defense to
laches
, if needed, and
the complainant is given to June 24, 2005, to answer respondent’s affirmative defense number 2
not addressed in the Board order of March 4, 2004, if needed.
 
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on May 18, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for their own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further order.
