    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On August 5, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reported that respondent’s phone has
    been reconnected, but respondent did not return complainant’s phone calls. A hearing was set
    for September 15, 2004. The hearing may be cancelled if Mr. Coleman sends in the signed
    stipulation, and the stipulation is actually received by complainant, no later than September 14,
    2004.
