HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On April 29, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties represented that they are awaiting Troy Williamson to clean up the

site. Williamson represented that he has contacted a landfill company and that he anticipates that

the site will be cleaned up within 60 days. In the interim, the complainant will draft a stipulation

and proposal for settlement and forward it to the parties for review.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 10, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. The parties are directed to call 1-866-215-5505 and use

the pass code 8011676. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the

status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
