    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 12, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant just sent respondent a proposed stipulation and settlement
    agreement for respondent’s review.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 15, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
