    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On August 12, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent was unable to appear. Complainant reports that the parties are still
    discussing settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:45 a.m. on September 14, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated
    by the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
