    NOW COMES the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Illinois EPA”), by
    and through its attorney Charles Matoesian, and submits this first correction to the
    transcript for the hearing held July
    15, 2005 in the Matter of: Amendments to
    35
    Ill.
    Adm.
    Code 201.146.
    The Illinois EPA proposes the following amendment to the
    transcript.
    On page 76 ofthe transcript,
    line 20, the record states “doing anything to delude that”
    when it should state “doing anything to dilute that”.
