    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 14, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent plans to finish cleaning the site within 90 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on September 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
