    the State of Illinois filed with the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board an AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR CIVIL PENALTIES,
    true and correct
    copies of which were attached and hereby served upon you.
    However,
    on December 30,
    2003,
    the People inadvertently
    neglected to include the
    “60 day language”
    in that notice.
    The
    People hereby submit an Amended Notice of Filing with the required
    language included as follows:
    Failure to file an answer to this amended complaint
    within 60
    days may have severe consequences.
    Failure to answer will mean
    that all allegations
    in the amended complaint will be taken as
    if
    admitted for purposes of this proceeding.
