HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2004, a hearing officer order was filed regarding the telephonic status
conference that was held on July 15, 2004. The order omitted, however, that the written
discovery cutoff was extended to and including September 14, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on September 14, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
