HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On March 17, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent was unable

to appear due to a scheduling conflict. The complainant represented it anticipates that a

stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) will be filed in the near future.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on May 19, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the stipulation and proposal for settlement. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the status

conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
