HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 14, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respective respondents have yet to respond
fully to the requested discovery. The hearing officer advised the respondents that should the
respondents fail to respond on or before September 29, 2004, the hearing officer will rule on the
complainant’s motion to compel.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on September 30, 2004, 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
