HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On January 21, 2005, the complainant informed the hearing officer that it will forward a

stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) to the respondent for its review within the

next seven days.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on March 17, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the

conference will be cancelled without further order.
