    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 14, 2005, respondent requested an extension of time until April 19, 2005, to
    respond to petitioner’s motion for summary judgment. Petitioner did not object. Accordingly,
    the motion is granted.
     
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
