get

his

facts

straight.

W e did

put

sand and brick on thelot on the

directions

of Troy

Logsdon

for the

purpose offilling in

and

leveling

the lot.

When

some

iron and tin

were

discovered in

it, we removedthe

tin and iron

then leveled the

sand and brick

off. That

was

the extent of

our

involvement

with

the

above

mentioned property. We

are

not operators of the site nor have we ever been.
