    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 18, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) has issued a new determination of
    eligibility which may resolve the outstanding issues on appeal. By the next status conference,
    respondent should know whether it is able to amend its decision based on OSFM’s
    determination.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 17, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
