    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 10, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent had
    hoped to make a settlement offer by now.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
