    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
     
    On July 29, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant needs additional time to confirm
    certain facts with the health department. The parties have not determined whether this case may
    be settled without hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on August 30, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
