    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to appear.
    Complainant left a message that the parties are still working out a discovery schedule, and should
    have more information at the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:45 a.m. on January 20, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
