    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. At the next status conference, respondent will decide whether he is interested in
    complainant’s settlement offer. If not, this case will be set for hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 10, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
