    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 10, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent hopes to make a settlement offer within the next week.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
