    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 7, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement. Petitioner agreed to file either a
    motion to dismiss or an additional waiver of the decision deadline by July 23, 2004.
     
    If petitioner’s motion to dismiss has not been filed, the parties are directed to participate
    in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 3, 2004. The
    status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently October 21, 2004.
