    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is waiting to hear from its technical unit about a possible
    settlement based on the determination from the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on March 17, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
