HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On October 5, 2004, the parties submitted a revised discovery schedule. The revised

discovery schedule is accepted as follows: the complainant to respond to respondent City of

Morris written discovery on or before October 27, 2004; all discovery in this matter must be

completed on or before December 30, 2004.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference on December 2, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be

initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
