    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are negotiating a settlement agreement. Complainant will send its
    inspector to verify that the site has been cleaned.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 23, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
