    On October 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant reinspected the site, and there are still a few issues to resolve.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on December 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant.
