HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 22, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it does not appear that a settlement
in toto
will
be attained anytime soon. But, the parties will draft a document to be filed with the Board
stipulating that, should the terms regarding steps taken to reach a resolve therein not be attained,
the complainants should be allowed to file a second complaint without objection by the
respondent.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on May 13, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
