    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On January 5, 2005, the complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent still has not responded to
    complainant about the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement. If respondent does not
    contact complainant before the next status conference, this case will be set for hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 9, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
