    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 8, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Settlement has been reached in PCB 03-136, and petitioner is waiting for written
    confirmation from respondent. The parties are meeting next month to continue settlement
    discussions on the remaining dockets.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 10, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadlines in these dockets.
