    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 16, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The incinerator remains inoperative, and the parties continue to discuss
    settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 18, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
