    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On February 17,
    1994,
    Safety—Kleen Corp.
    (Safety—Kleen)
    filed a status report pursuant to the Board’s January
    6,
    1994
    order.
    The status report notes that Safety—Kleen and the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are in the process of
    resolving a similar issue as that involved in this appeal
    in
    another case pending before the Board.
    Safety—Kleen believes
    that a resolution in the other case will also resolve this
    appeal.
    Safety—Kleen requests to file another status report in
    45 days.
    Safety-Kleen has filed an open waiver of the decision
    deadline in this matter.
    Accordingly, Safety-Kleen is ordered to file
    a status report
    with the Board by April 15,
    1994.
