ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):

This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Three Square Feeds (Three Square)
asking the Board to review an April 5, 2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency). The petition was filed in regards to Three Square’s leaking
underground petroleum storage tank facility located at Route 267 South, Murrayville, Morgan
    County.

On June 23, 2004, Three Squares filed a motion to dismiss the petition. In the motion,
Three Square asserts that Agency has paid the amount in dispute. The motion is granted. The
Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on July 8, 2004, by a vote of 5-0.
