    The Petitioner, Georgia-Pacific Tissue, L.L.C., hereby moves the Board to issue an order
    dismissing Petitioner’s appeal in the above-captioned matter.
    On June 29, 2005, Illinois EPA issued a
    revised CAAPP Permit for the Alsip Mill (now owned and operated by SCA Tissue North America,
    LLC).
    The new permit resolves the issues which Petitioner raised in this appeal.
