    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B.
    Forcade):
    On March
    5,
    1993, Reichhold Chemicals (Reichhold)
    filed a
“Status Report” and a “Notion To Extend Stay.”
    The status report
states that Reichhold has appealed the Office of the State Fire
    Marshal’s (OSFM) de—registration order.
    No hearing date has been
    set by the
    OSFN.
Reichhold has been informed that the OSFM has
deferred setting a hearing date until a decision is reached by
    the Illinois Appellate Court
in a case entitled Board of
    Education.
    Community Consolidated School District No.
    15
    V.
    Thomas
    L.
    Armstead.
Reichhold relates that from a review of the
decision below it appears that retroactive application of
portions of the Gasoline Storage Act is an issue in both the case
before the Illinois Appellate Court and the instant case.
Reichhold has waived the decision deadline for an additional
    120 days until October 25,
    1993.
The Board grants a 120 day
    extension of the stay.
This matter is hereby stayed until June
    25,
    1993.
The parties are ordered to file status reports with
the Board on or before June 25,
    1993.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that the above order was adopted on the
    /ft1~day of
