    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.A. Manning):
    This
    matter
    is
    before
    the
    Board
    on
    a
    stipulation
    of
    settlement,
    jointly filed on February 8,
    1994 by petitioner, Nu-
    Tecsys
    Corporation
    and
    respondent,
    the
    Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency (“Agency”).
    The joint stipulation of settlement,
    signed by all the parties, provides that the parties stipulate and
    agree to the following:
    1.
    The Petitioner agrees to withdraw and dismiss the
    above-captioned appeal.
    2.
    The
    Agency
    agrees
    to
    and
    shall
    approve
    reimbursement
    to
    the
    Petitioner
    from
    the
    Underground
    Storage Tank
    Fund
    in
    the
    amount
    of
    $2,175.00
    for
    those
    costs
    which
    have
    been
    identified as corrective action costs.
    3.
    The remaining costs not reimbursed by the Agency in
    the
    Invoice
    Voucher
    dated
    October
    14,
    1993,
    totalling $2,852.28 shall not be reimbursed.
    We hereby direct the Agency to reimburse the petitioner for
    corrective action costs
    in the amount of
    $2,175.
    The docket in
    this matter is hereby closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
