On June 11, 1992, the parties filed a status report pursuant
to the Board’s order of April
9,
1992.
The parties report that
they
are continuing
to
work together
to
resolve
two
items
of
contention
in this complaint:
1)
sawdust particles emitted from
Condecor’s
woodworking
equipment,
hogger
and
cyclone;
and
2)
emissions from wood staining and finishing equipment.
Condecor has
retained
a
consultant
to
assist
it
in
dealing with the
latter
issue.
The sawdust problem has
been partially
addressed by
a
barrier,
and
alternative
controls
are
to
be
the
subject
of
a
meeting between the parties on July 16, 1992.
The parties conclude
their report by stating that they anticipate that the matter will
be resolved without the need for a hearing.
The parties are directed to file an updated status report on
or before September 15,
1992.
