The parties jointly ask that the Board enter an order
directing the Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency) to
reimburse the petitioner for underground storage tank removal
costs
in the amount of $6,500.00.
The Board makes no findings of facts or conclusions of
law
in this matter.
The Board hereby grants the parties’ request.
The Agency is directed to reimburse petitioner

in the amount of $6,500.00.
