HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 15, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that this matter is proceeding

accordingly and requested that another telephonic status conference be scheduled for 90 days.

The parties’ request is granted.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on October 14, 2004, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by

the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
